Made-to-Order Products
All TruDive wetsuits are custom-made based on your selected size from our size chart, chosen color, and if needed, your individual measurements. This means your order is crafted specifically for you after payment is confirmed.
Production & Delivery Timeline

Please note that production times may vary slightly depending on order volume and complexity. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this estimated delivery timeframe for custom-made products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for all European countries are €16.99 regardless of destination.
Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas or special delivery circumstances. If any additional charges apply to your order, you will be contacted via email before shipping.

We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your wetsuit arrives safely:

The specific carrier used may vary depending on your location and availability.
Order Tracking
Every order is provided with a track & trace code so you can easily monitor your shipment. You will receive a notification via email with your tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched from our warehouse.

Payment Methods
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) options due to the custom-made nature of our products.
Damaged Products or Packaging
We take great care in packaging your custom wetsuit, but damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If you notice damage upon delivery:
- Visible external damage: Do not accept the shipment and ask the delivery driver to report the damage.
- Damage discovered after acceptance: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report damage, please:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] or use the live chat on our website
- Provide photographs of the damage, including:
- The complete package (exterior)
- The shipping label is clearly visible
- Any external damage to the box
- The opened package showing contents and inner packaging
- All inner packaging materials
- The full product
- Detailed photos of the specific damage
This documentation helps us process your claim quickly and find an appropriate solution.
